My Contribution

As a TiCardio doctoral researcher, I contributed to conference discussions and subsequent manuscript development around microbiome–thrombosis interactions and extracellular-vesicle biology, working with participating principal investigators to review and revise this part of the collaborative position paper.

A methods chapter describing diagonal electrophoresis for investigating proteins involved in disulfide-bond formation and redox-sensitive protein regulation.

Sequential non-reducing and reducing electrophoresis distinguishes proteins according to disulfide-bonding behaviour and can be combined with downstream protein identification.
